SISD Frontline Health Management App
Our number one priority is the safety and well-being of all employees and students in the Sherman Independent School District. To that end, we’ve taken several actions to screen for and monitor COVID-19 in our district. This month, we will begin to implement the use of the Frontline Health Portal Mobile app as the screening tool for all employees and students before entering any Sherman ISD facility. Before the full release and implementation of the Frontline Health Portal Mobile app, the district will continue to utilize the at-home pre-screening process.
Over the next few days, we ask that all parents please familiarize yourself with the instructions on how to download the app onto your smart device. It will be best to use the screening app before departing from home. At the start of November, we will be encouraging parents to complete the health screening app before arriving at school and allowing your child to enter a Sherman ISD facility.
Please see the information below on how to download and register for the Frontline Health Portal Mobile app.
To ensure you download, register, and complete the daily health check questionnaire, review the following checklist. Then follow the directions document to download and register for the app correctly.
