Sherman ISD was informed June 29 by the Texas Education Agency that the release of STAAR results for students in grades 3-8 is scheduled for Friday, July 1.

TEA initially planned for Friday, June 24 as a date to make results available through the family portal. Due to the impact of COVID-19, TEA ran additional analyses on the data.

To start the process, parents can look up their Unique Access Code here: https://txparentportal.emetric.net/lookup-access-code. You will enter in your student's first name and Social Security Number to begin.

The Unique Access Code can also be found on a student's most recent STAAR Report Card, if available. A text will also be sent out to parents on the day that results become available for their students.

Be mindful that some middle school students may have taken a high school EOC, and those results will be available sooner than the results for their grade.
