Like many parents, Sherman ISD is eagerly anticipating the release of STAAR results for students in grades 3-8.

However, Sherman ISD was informed today by the Texas Education Agency that the release has been delayed.

TEA initially planned for Friday, June 24 as a date to make results available through the family portal. Due to the impact of COVID-19, TEA is running additional analyses on the data. Results are now tentatively scheduled by TEA to be available next week in the family portal, and Sherman ISD will update families on a release date as soon as TEA announces it.
