Norris says she is excited about the opportunity to establish connections and relationships at Neblett to benefit students.

“I am passionate about building a culture that drives excellence,” she said. “When we work together, we develop skills in our students such as critical thinking, problem solving, and risk-taking that will serve them throughout their lives.”

Norris earned her bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of North Texas and her master of education in leadership and policy studies from The University of Texas at Arlington. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Judson, and her three grown boys: Dylan, Tyler, and Christopher.
