"This is an exciting time in the Sherman Bearcat Basketball Program.”

Those are the words of Head Boys Basketball Coach Jordan Marks as ten of his student-athletes picked up District 10-5A honors for their performance on and off the court.

Three were named to First Team All-District, and three were selected as Honorable Mentions. Eight in total were recognized as Academic All-District.

“I am extremely proud of the our students for obtaining these All District accolades," Marks said. "What stands out to me was our ability to not only compete on the court, but also in the class room with 8 players earning All District Academic Team."
