Sherman ISD Offers Free and Low-Cost Summer Camps
Sherman ISD students have the opportunity to explore future careers, try new sports and develop their skills and creativity during free programs offered at Sherman High School this summer.
In addition, SISD will offer low-cost Summer Enrichment Camps at Neblett Elementary to help keep students active and engaged over the summer break. Activities range from hands-on STEM experiments to art and music projects and fun fitness games.
Families are responsible for transportation to and from each camp.
Students participating in camps at Sherman High School may also take advantage of free meals through the district’s Summer Meals program during the camps.

Little Bearcats Sports Camps
Have your child learn the basics from our very own Bearcat coaches! Your child can practice their favorites or find a new passion through a wide variety of sports offerings. Each sport is offered for two days. Your child can attend every camp or pick and choose only select sports.
- Dates: June 9-26, 2025, Monday-Thursday
- Time: 8:30 - 11 a.m., Free breakfast at 8 a.m. and free lunch at 11 a.m.
- Location: Sherman High School
- Cost: Free
- Ages: Incoming 2nd-6th Grade

Fine Arts Camp
Encourage and develop your child's creativity and artistic eye with the Sherman ISD Fine Arts Camp! Incoming 3rd-5th graders will participate in art, music, drama lessons and other activities! Limited spots are available, so sign up early!
- Dates: July 15-16, 2025, Tuesday-Wednesday
- Time: 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m., Free breakfast at 8 a.m.

Career & Technical Education Camp
Begin your career exploration with the Sherman ISD Career & Technical Education Camp! It's a perfect opportunity for incoming 6th-8th graders to dive deeper into budding interests or fascinating unknowns inside the halls of Sherman High School. Limited spots are available, so sign up early!
- Dates: July 15-16, 2025, Tuesday-Wednesday
- Time: 9-11 a.m., Free breakfast at 8:30 a.m.
- Location: Sherman High School
- Cost: Free
- Ages: Incoming 6th-8th Grade
Summer Enrichment Camps
These camps combine the joy of playing and the wonder of learning! You can pick from two different courses offered each hour, and selections range from fine arts to STEM activities and more! You can sign up for one or both sessions.
- Dates: June 2-12 & June 16-26, 2025, Monday-Thursday
- Time: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
- Location: Neblett Elementary
- Cost: $40 per class per session (non-refundable)
- Ages: Incoming 1st-6th Grade
