Registration Required Annually for New and Returning Students

Another exciting school year awaits in Sherman ISD! The first day of school is August 13, 2025.
Online registration is required annually for all students, including those returning to SISD schools or enrolling for the first time.
In addition, proof of residency, such as a current water, gas or electric bill (within the last 60 days) or lease agreement must also be returned to the campus in-person or via email. Other documentation, such as updated immunization records, may also be required.
More information about required vaccinations is available at www.shermanisd.net/immunize. Students are not allowed to attend school without proper documentation of the required vaccinations or a valid medical or conscientious exemption.
Please note that cell phones and other mobile devices are not recommended for completing the online registration form. A computer or a district-issued Chromebook is recommended.
When completing the form, returning families should log in with the same username and password previously utilized to register their student. There are options to recover the username and password if needed. These same credentials will be utilized each year for registration and the Sherman ISD Parent Portal, which provides access to student grades, test scores, attendance history and more.
Additionally, Sherman ISD urges parents to please respond to the socioeconomic survey regarding household income included in the online registration form. This information impacts federal and state funding that flows to the school district and allows SISD to provide free meals to all students. There are also additional benefits to students and families who qualify, including:
- Free dual credit classes
- SAT and ACT fee waivers
- College application fee waivers
