Student State Fair Tickets Valid For Any Day

Due to inclement weather at the start of the State Fair, tickets distributed to students in grade pre-K through 8 will be valid on any day until it closes on Oct. 18.
In addition to free student admission for pre-K through 8th grade, the State Fair offers a discounted ticket opportunity for parents to receive $5 off admission – available online at BigTex.com/Parents.
If you make plans to attend, be sure to check out their FAQ for information.
Starting last year, high school students no longer receive free tickets to the Fair. This means that SISD does not receive free tickets to distribute to Sherman High School students.
High school students can purchase discounted tickets using promo code "2026EDU" to receive $5 off their ticket, valid Monday through Thursday.
