Six Campuses Improve Their State Accountability Ratings
Momentum is building in Sherman ISD! The 2026 Texas A-F accountability ratings reflect significant academic gains across several schools based on 2025-26 state testing.
Six SISD campuses improved their overall letter grade, with some schools increasing their score by as many as 20 points. Four campuses earned a B rating, and three campuses earned a total of eight distinction designations.
While the district maintained its overall C rating with a score of 73, the progress at several campuses is encouraging. Sherman ISD is proud to celebrate the hard work of our students and staff, while acknowledging more work is still needed to strengthen instruction, extend support and accelerate growth for all students.
