Sherman ISD offers a variety of optional programs to keep students active and engaged over the summer! Look below to see brief summaries of what each program offers, and click the program name to learn more and to register for the camps!

Little Bearcats Sports Camps

  • Dates: June 10-27, 2024; Monday-Thursday
  • Time: 8:30-11 a.m.; Free lunch at 11:30 a.m.
  • Location: Sherman High School
  • Cost: Free
  • Ages: Incoming 2nd-6th Grade

Have your child learn the basics from our very own Bearcat coaches! Your child can practice their favorites or find a new passion through a wide variety of sports offerings. After the first day, you may drop off your child at 8 a.m. for free breakfast.

Fine Arts Camp

  • Dates: July 22-25, 2024
  • Time: 9-11 a.m.; Free breakfast at 8:30 a.m.
  • Location: Sherman High School
  • Cost: Free
  • Ages: Incoming 3rd-5th Grade

Encourage and develop your child's creativity and artistic eye with the Sherman ISD Fine Arts Camp! Incoming 3rd-5th graders will participate in fine arts activities using paint, clay, drums, ukuleles and more!

Career & Technical Education Camp

  • Dates: July 22-25, 2024; Monday-Thursday
  • Time: 9-11 a.m.; Free breakfast at 8:30 a.m.
  • Location: Sherman High School
  • Cost: Free
  • Ages: Incoming 6th-8th Grade

Begin your career exploration with the Sherman ISD Career & Technical Education Camp! It's a perfect opportunity for incoming 6th-8th graders to dive deeper into budding interests or fascinating unknowns inside the halls of Sherman High School.

Summer Enrichment Camps

  • Dates: June 3-13 & 17-27, 2024; Monday-Thursday
  • Time: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
  • Location: Neblett Elementary
  • Cost: $40 per class per session
  • Ages: Incoming 1st-6th Grade

These camps combine the joy of playing and the wonder of learning! You can pick from two different courses offered each hour, and selections range from making puppets to embroidery, science experiments, fitness fun and more! You can sign up for one or both sessions.
