My name is Rodney Durham and I am beginning my 16th year at Dillingham.  I received my Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Arts in Teaching degrees from Austin College.  I had wonderful student teaching experiences at Dillingham from 1997 through 2000.  I was very excited when I was selected to be a part of the Dillingham Physical Education staff in the fall of 2000.

 I enjoy all sporting activities.  My favorite sport to play and coach is volleyball.  I have been actively involved as an assistant coach for the Austin College womens volleyball team for the past 20 years.  You can find me on the sidelines for all home volleyball matches and behind the microphone during all Roo basketball games.  I have also coached various age levels of club volleyball and participate regularly in summer volleyball camps (High Intensity Volleyball Camps) with Ed Garza of Austin College.

My wife, Joni, is a teacher in Dallas ISD and we have four children at four different Sherman ISD campuses this year.  Our babies are Allen, Aaron, Anna, and Aubree and our cat Dandy Don.
