The Maintenance and Operations Department will maintain district facilities in a manner that provides students, teachers, staff and administrators with an environment in which they can perform successfully.

Department Goals:

• Maintain existing equipment and facilities and optimize maintenance resources including labor and materials.
• Improve facility aesthetics including curb appeal and interiors of all SISD facilities.
• Enhance safety and security throughout the district while maximizing production at the lowest cost, the highest quality and within the optimum safety standards.
