My name is Mrs. Susan Hayles. I graduated from UTPB- University of Texas Permian Basin in Odessa, TX with a bachelor degree. I earned a major in History and a minor in Humanities.

I have been married to my husband John for 26 years. We have two wonderful boys together. We also have a precious dog named Maverick.  I have taught kindergarten for 15 years and all at Washington Elementary!  When I am not teaching I love to spend time with family and friends, read, travel, and go to the theater for a good movie.  I am looking forward to this school year. I love watching my students learn, explore and grow throughout the year.
