Acceptable Use Policy
Students, staff, and everyone who uses Sherman ISD technology resources such as devices or network internet should follow our Acceptable Use Policy which outlines the rules around their usage. District technology resources are primarily for instructional and educational purposes. Limited personal use is allowed only if the rules in this agreement are followed and the use does not interfere with school work.
Email and other communications using district resources are not private and may be monitored, reviewed, audited, intercepted, accessed or disclosed to ensure the safety of the district. Inappropriate use of district resources may result in disciplinary action or loss of privileges. Violations must be reported immediately to a campus administrator.
