Catering

All catering orders can be placed through the form below. For questions, Executive Chef Jodee Whitehouse can reached via email or extension 2093.

Student Nutrition asks that the room being used for the catered event and buffet tables be available two hours prior to start time. Staff will deliver food 30-40 minutes prior to start time, and all items will be ready 15 minutes before start time. Non-disposable containers and equipment will be picked up once the event has ended.

Most billing is conducted through SISD budget codes. We also honor the following alternative methods of payment: checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, Square Pay, and credit card. Please make payments to Sherman ISD Student Nutrition Services. All orders will include all taxes and fees as necessary. For special location requests outside of the SISD a transportation fee may be added. Price may vary depending on event site, time, and location.

Advance Notice Requirement

We realize you may need to schedule functions at the last minute, and we are more than happy to accommodate your event but please note the following requirements.

The recommended timeline for catered orders is as follows:

  • 40 guests or fewer - 72 hours        
  • More than 40 guests - 7 days

Pricing or Remittance

Please be advised the prices listed in the brochure are honored during school and work hours (7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).  For Saturday catering, an additional 25% fee will apply.

Cancelling/Changing an Order

We will make every effort to accommodate last-minute changes to your order after it has been confirmed. Please understand, however, that if cancellation or changes are made less than 72 hours before your event, you may be billed if products have already been purchased or more products have been rush delivered.
