Former Employees
Pay Stubs and W-2s
Financial information such as pay stubs and W-2s are available to former employees by logging on to the SISD Employee Self-Service Center via the link below.
Click the Register link at the bottom of the page if it is your first time to log in. Once registered, it will only be necessary to sign in.
Service Records Requests
To request service records, email Leann McCaffrey at lmccaffrey@shermanisd.net.
Your service record(s) from SISD will not be available until after the July payroll has been run. We will mail your service record(s) to the address you provide.
Information to include:
- Name (if Applicable, i.e., maiden or former last name you may have used during SISD years.)
- Address or School District (originals will be mailed)
By submitting a request, you acknowledge that processing time may extend beyond 30 days if you have elected to include the current school year.
COBRA Insurance
Under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act, better known as COBRA, former Sherman ISD employees have the right to continue group health coverage such as medical, dental, vision insurance and flexible spending accounts for a limited period of time.
Benefits will remain identical to what you had while employed. However, you will be responsible for paying the full premium, plus any applicable fees. Please reference the following for applications and inquiries.
