• The Sherman ISD Board of Trustees finalized the 2023-2024 academic calendar at their regular meeting in February 2023.

    The administration recommended changes to the initial draft calendar after more than 350 staff, parents and community members completed a survey sharing their input. The revised calendar approved by the Board includes a later school start date than the initial draft, an additional exchange day for staff, and improved balance of Monday and Friday professional development days.
