Sherman ISD values the support and involvement of family and community in student success.
Our early childhood centers strongly encourage parents, guardians, grandparents and others to get involved in a student's education, because it can lead to higher achievement, better behavior and higher motivation. Our Family Engagement Plans include information about how Sherman ISD is working to promote family involvement and positive family attitudes toward education among Pre-Kindergarten and Head Start families.
