  • COVID-19 Exposure Process Map

    We understand that you potentially may be personally impacted by COVID-19. This COVID-19 Exposure Chart will help guide you if you are feeling symptomatic or if you or a close contact does test positive for COVID- 19.  If you do not feel well, are showing any symptoms, or have had direct exposure to someone who has a confirmed diagnosis, please do not come to work.  The HR department will help guide you through what your next steps need to be. 

    The first column describes what you should do if you are not feeling well and have tested positive or suspect you may have COVID -19.  The second column describes the steps if you test positive, but have no symptoms.  The third column in purple describes what you should do if someone at home is ill or has tested positive.  The fourth column in blue describes the steps if you have had prolonged exposure to a symptomatic or confirmed positive person and the final column in red describes what you should do if a relative or someone in your workplace has been exposed.

  • What do I do if I have been exposed to COVID-19?
