Free internet access for our students is provided at each SISD campus 7 am-7 pm, seven days a week. Students using Sherman ISD devices will connect to the Bearcat Wireless network. Students using personal devices will connect to the Sherman BYOD network. Students will use their Sherman ISD network log-in information to access the network. If you are in need of assistance, please send an email including student name, a brief description of the problem, and contact information to distancelearning@shermanisd.net.

Password Reset

If you are unable to access your account for distance learning using your login information form the spring, you may click here to reset your password when you visit the distance learning website. At the very top of the page, there will be a password reset button. We will have dedicated staff resetting passwords throughout the day, beginning Monday. Please click on that button to submit a password reset request.

• If a decision is made to close or delay school, district officials will post notifications by 6 a.m. on the day of school through the communication channels listed below:
  • Sherman ISD Blackboard Alert System: SISD Automated Call/Text/Email (If your contact information has recently changed, please visit the SISD Parent Portal to update your information to receive district notifications.)
