Mindfulness-Mindfulness Activities for KIDS
Mindfulness- simply is being AWARE. It is self-awareness. How is my body feeling? What emotions am I experiencing? What are my thoughts at this moment in time?
Basically, Mindfulness is just stopping, being still and being AWARE of all your five senses. This can help us self-regulate, and manage our emotions.
