    New Student Enrollment:

    If you are new to Sherman ISD and do not have a Parent Self Serve account please click here to begin the online enrollment process. 

    You have the option to upload required documents during the online enrollment process, or you may bring required documents to your child’s campus.

    New Student Required Documentation:

    The following documentation is required prior to completing your child/children's registration:

    1. Documentation of Student Identity (Order a Texas Birth Certificate)

    Over age 11 examples: certified copy of birth certificate, statement of birth from Texas Department of State Health Services, driver’s license, passport, military ID, hospital birth record, or adoption records.

    Under age 11: certified copy of the birth certificate is required per Code of Criminal Procedures, Article 63.019.  If you are unable to produce a certified copy of the birth certificate within 30 days from enrollment, or up to 90 days from enrollment for a child not born in the United States you must provide one of the examples for over age 11 and a signed note explaining why you are unable to produce a certified copy of the birth certificate.

    1. Proof of Immunization
    2. Proof of Residence (current utility bill, current lease, or current mortgage statement)
    3. Parent/Guardian Driver’s License

    Returning Student Enrollment:

    A Parent Self Serve account is necessary to complete Online Enrollment for your child. Please click here to register and set up your new account. Your Parent Self Serve account will access all your children’s information on all campuses.  

    You have the option to upload required documents during the online enrollment process, or you may bring required documents to your child’s campus.

    Teacher assignments/schedules will be available at Meet the Teacher night.  Please note: teacher assignments/schedules will not be given out if online registration has not been completed.

    Returning Student Required Documentation:

    3. Parent/Guardian Driver’s License
