    Your service record(s) from SISD will not be available until after the July payroll has been run.  We will mail your service record(s) to the address you provide. 

    Information to include: 

    • Name (if Applicable, i.e., maiden or former last name you may have used during SISD years.)  
    • Address or School District (originals will be mailed) 

    By submitting a request, you acknowledge that processing time may extend beyond 30 days if you have elected to include the current school year.
