Pam Voss began her career in education in 1992 at North Hopkins ISD as a sixth grade teacher. For the past ten years, she has held a variety of teaching and leadership roles in McKinney ISD, including instructional coach and assistant principal at Finch Elementary School.

Mrs. Voss was raised in Sulphur Springs and received her undergraduate degree from Harding University, in Arkansas, with a major in elementary education.  She earned a master’s in education, with a focus in curriculum and instruction from Texas A & M University, and a principal certification from Texas A&M Commerce. In her spare time, Mrs. Voss enjoys spending time with family and watching her daughters compete in sports.

Dillingham Intermediate School serves students in the fifth and sixth grade. The school offers a variety of programs including student council, band and the Future Problem Solvers student club.
