  • Sherman ISD offers a variety of summer programs to keep students engaged over the summer! Look below to see brief summaries of what each program offers, and click the program name to learn more.

  • Little Bearcats Sports Camps

    These free camps are for incoming 2nd-6th grade students. 

    Have your child learn the basics from our very own Bearcat coaches! This series of four-day camps for students grades 2-6 will take place at the beautiful facilities of Sherman High School, and your child can practice their favorites or find a new passion through nine different sports offerings. Camps will be held June 5-29, Monday-Thursday, and run from 8:30-11:30 a.m. Lunch is included. After the first day, you may drop off your child at 8 a.m. for free breakfast.     Fine Arts Camp - Registration Now CLOSED

    This free camp is for incoming 3rd-5th grade students. 

    Encourage and develop your child's creativity and artistic eye with the Sherman ISD Fine Arts Camp! Incoming 3rd-5th graders will experience art in new ways through lessons in theatre, painting, dance and more. The camp will be held at Sherman High School, July 17-20, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. daily. Free breakfast will be provided at 8 a.m. The cost is FREE.

     

  • Career & Technical Education Camp - Registration Now CLOSED

    This free camp is for incoming 6th-8th grade students. 

    Begin your career exploration with the new Sherman ISD Career & Technical Education Camp! It's a perfect opportunity for incoming 6th-8th graders to dive deeper into budding interests or fascinating unknowns inside the halls of Sherman High School. Students will learn more about agriculture, health science, construction, the culinary arts and so much more! The camp is scheduled for July 17-20, 8:30-11:30 a.m. daily, and free breakfast will be provided at 8 a.m. The cost is FREE.

    Summer Enrichment Camps - Registration Now CLOSED

    These low-cost camps are for Kindergarten-5th grade students.  

    These camps combine the joy of playing and the wonder of learning for all students grades K-5! You can pick from two different courses offered each hour, and selections range from cooking to rhythm basketball to creating artworks. Hosted at Neblett Elementary, these camps will be held 9 a.m. to noon, Monday-Thursday and are split into two sessions. The first is set for June 5 to June 15, and the other runs from June 19 to June 29. Cost is $40 per class per session, and you can sign up for one or both sessions.
