Pauline Neblett, wife of the late Percy W. Neblett, admires the portrait of her husband at the ribbon cutting ceremony for Percy W. Neblett Elementary. Pat Pierce completed the painting of Neblett just in time for the dedication and first day of school. The portrait will hang in the foyer of the new elementary school. Superintendent Dr. Al Hambrick holds the art for Mrs. Neblett's viewing.
