speech, The Gettysburgh Address. Hello, I am Abraham Lincoln. As a young boy, I loved to
read. I worked hard to become a lawyer. Later, I became the 16th President of the United
States. I was president during the time of the Civil War. I helped free all the slaves. I
was assassinated while my wife and I attended a play at Ford's Theatre. I am remembered as
Honest Abe.

I am remembered for my experiment with electricity. Hello, I am Ben Franklin. I was
one of 17 children. As a child, I worked at a print shop for my brother. As an adult, I
had my own print shop and wrote a very famous book, Poor Richard's Almanac. I was one of
the leaders who helped adopt the Declaration of Independence. |

school, and brought culture and arts to Russia. |
