The annual Perrin Elementary
School egg hunt was held Friday under the direction of the Perrin PTA members. This
has been going on for over nine years," said Perrin principal Linda Salinas,
"and the students look forward to it with great delight. Our staff is grateful to the
PTA for sponsoring it each year. There are hunts for each grade level and variety in
the way they hunt. Third grade students got their share of exercise when they held an egg
hunt relay. Younger students must count their eggs as they hunt, making sure they have the
correct amount in their sack. Shown here is Brandon Prough dashing to retrieve his
allotted amount of eggs and race back to his teammates, who are screaming for him to hurry
so they can win the relay.
