Congratulations to the
Dillingham science fair winners. Cameron Christiansen was the Overall Winner for the
Dillingham science fair. His project, titled Physical Science Rust and Corrosion, proved
that steel is the material in cars that rusts the fastest. Cameron chose this project
because his family owns race cars and rust and corrosion are a problem in race car
performance. In life science, Alexus Mills placed first, Andrew Kyle pladed second, and
Autumn Hall placed third. In physical science, Jordi Avelos placed first, Brittany O'Neal
placed second, and Anna Romm placed third. Earth science winners include Rebecca Lichonsky
(first place), Alex Lopez (second place), and Sydney Smith (third place).
