The kindergarten year provides opportunities for children to:

• Learn the parts of the computer and how it operates.
• Learn and use proper keyboarding skills including home keys, shift, backspace and enter.
• Learn respect for the work of others.
• Insert and resize a graphic to illustrate a story or concept.
• Write a story (using inventive spelling) in a word processing, drawing, presentation, or graphics program.
• Follow the agreement of the SISD Acceptable Use Policy.
