The fourth grade year provides
opportunities for children to:
- Insert, resize, and alter (i.e. color,
group, ungroup, rotate) a graphic to illustrate a story or concept.
- Create and edit a report using a word
processor. Cite a source for given reference material, use spell check, modify the text
format, align text on a page, use insert and delete keys, and use tab key to indent for
paragraphs.
- Create a multimedia project, which includes
elements such as sound, transition, effect, and animation.
- Use proper keyboarding techniques for all
alpha keys and increase accuracy.
