SISD Technology Competency Requirements
| In an effort to insure that our teachers and students have the technological knowledge
that they need, our school district requires professional and paraprofessional employees
to complete certain technology competencies. They are listed on the Technology
Competencies Assessment form linked below. A description of each competency is detailed in
the Required Technology Competencies document linked below. Competencies may be completed
by either training or demonstration. Training classes are held throughout the year.
Opportunities for training will are sent to employees through e-mail. All employees
in the district, not just professionals, are encouraged to take advantage of offered
