| The 1963-64 Accelerated Sixth Grade Class of Dillingham Junior High (Seniors 1970)
held a reunion on Saturday, June 9, 2007 at the Sadler home of Nancy Bush Shirley (1970).
Nancy's daughter Amanda Shearman of North Richland Hills, catered the event. Special guest
was Nancy's granddaughter, Claire Elizabeth Shearman, age 9 months. The group designates the second Saturday each June as their "official" reunion date each year with location to be decided every year. This is the 8th reunion of the 6th graders since the initial one on February 23, 2002 when they met at The Point and has as their special guest, their teacher, Mrs. Ellen Faye Freeman. Two members of the class are deceased; Jessica Carter Harrellson passed away in 1973, and Roger Marshall passed away in 2001. Their 6th grade teacher, Mrs. Ellen Faye Freeman, passed away April 18. 2003.
