Teachers at Dillingham are using a media retrieval system
for their video viewing.

A media retrieval systems allows us to put our VCRs in a central location.
Teachers can schedule their video events from their classrooms and
on the day of the event their TV will come on and they will be able to
use their TV remote to control the VCR functions.

We have 8 VCRs that are in use on our system at Dillingham.
Teachers are able to schedule events that show in more than one
classroom at a time.
  
The TNN news team is using this technology to turn on all the TVs for the
morning announcements each morning.
