Sherman ISD Student Transfer
Information
Given current policy considerations
The development of the proposed
Sherman ISD transfer policy has been a goal driven process. The goals
for the process include:
1) maintaining Neighborhood Schools
2) removing portable classrooms
3) allowing for future growth at each campus

Out of District student transfers will
pay $2,500 tuition for a full school year beginning in August 2008.

In District students will attend
elementary school as determined by their residential address. Limited
access for In District student transfers may be considered.

A Public Hearing will be held at 7:00
on Monday, November 19 at Neblett Elementary School.

It is anticipated that the Sherman ISD
School Board will take action on this information at the December 17
school board meeting.
